  • I purchased a Q6600 cpu from him.

LogitechFreak was the Seller on November 10, 2007 HardForum

My experience was almost exactly like thelazyone22\'s. He has been unable to prove that anything was shipped.

He said that he can\'t find the insurance reciept, and the tracking number shows that it was never received by post office.

Pretty suspect that at least three traders that he has sent packages to have become \"lost\" in the mail.

I have had to file a claim with PayPal in the hopes of getting my money back and I am in the process of filing a theft claim with his local police department. I encourage anyone else that he has scammed do the same.

    Response from LogitechFreak
oh wow.. man your a character...

i printer the shipping label, gave the package to the mail man, came in and gave you the dc #

4 days later your complaining its not there. you give it a few more days.. now 6 days and its not there..
without notifiying me that all you wanted was a refund you opened a paypal claim and escalated it before i could even have the chance to respond.

you send me 4 pm\'s on hardforums stating you wanteda refund now.. ive given you proof that paypal now has your money from escalating the claim, yet you still want the money from me..

so your trying to con me out of $200+ and then once paypal refunds you you would have double the amount you sent me in the first place..

im really getting tired of all you impaitent fucking kids..

next time you get in this kinda of deal. ask for a refund before locking your funds away to paypal.

    i owned 4 Q6600 G0 cpu\'s that i had in my powerhouse rig\'s

due to bills i sold three of them off.

do your damn homework before accussing someone of something.. im going to the post office tuesday to file yet another lost package claim.

  • He agreed to buy a mobo, cpu, hard drive and memory from me. We agreed to cross ship. I was to send the merchandise and he would send the payment at the same time.

LogitechFreak was the Buyer on August 7, 2007 HardForum

DO NOT do business with this A-HOLE. He is a scammer. He wanted to back out of the deal after I had shipped. He never sent the money. I asked him to send the merchandise back. He said he sent it back but I never received it. I asked for a confirmation number but he said he didn\'t have one. I asked for a copy of the receipt and he has not answered my PM after 4 weeks. He has since deleted all of his posts on Hardforum to try and cover his tracks. This guy is bad news. Stay away!!!! Oh well, time to call the trollhunters.

    Response from LogitechFreak
i do agree with you that i did want to back out on our deal. i had a bill show up last minute and it had to be paid. i did send back the merchandise i was without internet since my last pm i did not delete and post on any form at all. i have sent this man a pm on hardforums asking if he got his stuff and im offering him $120 if he did not as it might have been lost in the mail.

  • Gamecube / N64 Package

LogitechFreak was the Seller on November 9, 2007 AnandTech

Strange transaction, to say the least. Worked out a deal for his GC / N64, which was supposedly shipped out USPS Parcel Post Oct. 24th, 2007. 2.5 weeks later (November 10th) and nothing whatsoever.

Does not deserve a negative because communication was good and he did refund my money, but I invested 3 weeks of my time with nothing to show for it.

Tried to figure stuff out on my end (USPS involvement), but he could not find his reciepts and the DC # still doesn\'t work. Requested that he wait a little longer and provide some more info while I tried to dig deeper and he decided to file an insurance claim. He also told me something like 5 of his other shipments got \"lost\".

My only issues were that he couldn\'t prove he actually shipped anything, was unable to provide any documentation / paperwork to me, and refused to acknowledge several of my PMs (a Yes/No was all that was needed). Otherwise, I appreciate the fact he stayed in contact and decided to refund my money.

Seems to have done well with others, but my experience was tiring and apparently pointless. A good guy from what I could tell, but unfortunately, couldn\'t keep up his end of the deal in this particular case.

Pros: Good communication; refunded my money

Cons: Dissappeared from AIM / ignored some of my PMs asking for shipping info; \"lost receipts\"; invalid DC #; unable to provide any specific info; felt like my shipment was stuck in permanent limbo (lost? stolen? in transit? does it even exist?)

    Response from LogitechFreak
dude your a straight up asshat.

you were refunded. i said i was sorry package gotlost i had a tracking number which usps never scanned in not my fault.

ill be sure to never deal with this kid again. you must have pm\'d me atleast 4 times a day asking the same shit..

im contacting heatware support tohave this removed.

  • traded my X2-3800+ plus cash for his used Antec NeoHE 500 Modular PSU

    Cross-traded on October 30, 2007 HardForum

Communication was good throughout trade. Item wasn\'t received for 12 days though after I shipped the CPU. Can\'t use the PSU as the trader was a smoker and it smells pretty bad. Rating neutral as I did recieve the item eventually, but was much later and not in the shape I could use.

    Response from LogitechFreak
dude you shouldnt have left any feedback..
you could have sent back the psu and i pay you for the cpu but you didnt have that as an option..

yes im a smoker.. i cant help that.. in my threads i always clarify i do smoke however i smoke outside of my home..

you are the one who said dont worry about this that you are just going to resell it. and i said ok if you had this much of a problem talk to me dude..
